For the first time ever, I am paying attention to the timing notifications it gives and am still brushing when it turns off. I have never done such thorough brushing as I do with this toothbrush. I also love that it is so easy to clean. My old sonic care collected water in it that got slimy but the design of this one totally prevents that from being possible. Also, I have been using it for six weeks and haven't had to charge it yet!

Turns out he loves his also - I came home from work and he surprised me with my own! I love how much cleaner my teeth and gums feel since I started using this product and I would/will definitely recommend it to others.

Does not vibrate or clean my teeth as well in the same 2 minutes as my previous one. That mixed with the outrageous pricing of the replacement heads is proving this may be my last go around with Philips.

We suggest you try these recommendations to see if you can fix the issue. Around the power button, toothpaste residue may accumulate.
We recommend cleaning the power button and the surrounding area with a damp cloth. A not fully charged toothbrush battery might need more power to make the toothbrush vibrate. We recommend charging it for at least 24 hours.
If your toothbrush won't fully charge, try a different outlet. Your toothbrush might not charge if there is a bad power supply connected to the charger.
If your toothbrush powers on and the battery light indicators are lit, but there is no vibration, your toothbrush has internal damage. We recommend you request an online repair or exchange. We hope this information was helpful.
