The only drawback is it seems the charge does not last as long as the previous one I had. I also wish they would supply the plug to go with the cord. But this is a great toothbrush! Highly recommend.

I saw sent the 4100 series as a warrenty replacement for a 4300 series power toothbrush. It not as powerful as the 4300 series. I would not recommend.

A lot of companies are doing this now, "to save on shipping, or to help the environment" I say the company is trying to save money!
