[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used a Sonicare for several years and I like the new lighter 4100 series and the two minute brushing feature helps me get my whole mouth clean!
Not as “powerful” as the previous models I have used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. This is not the experience we wish you to have with your Philips Sonicare. We suggest you try a few possible causes and solutions to see if you can fix the issue. If your toothbrush has a low battery, it may vibrate with less power. To resolve this, charge it overnight for a minimum of 24 hours using the original charger that came with your toothbrush. Some toothbrushes have the EasyStart feature enabled by default, which gradually increases the vibration level over the first fourteen sessions. If you prefer your toothbrush to vibrate at a normal level, disable the EasyStart feature. The vibration power can be affected by a worn-out brush head, so it's advisable to replace your brush head every three months. The selected brushing mode can also impact the vibration level. Certain modes, such as TongueCare and Sensitive, are less powerful. To change the brushing mode, turn off your toothbrush and press the mode/intensity button to select a different mode. Some toothbrush models offer an intensity setting, so consult the user manual to determine if your toothbrush has this feature. Adjust the intensity by pressing the mode/intensity button while brushing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this version to replace my black diamond clean that I had for close to ten years. I assumed with improvements in technology this would be comparable in performance to my 10 year old sonicare but my teeth don’t feel as clean. :(
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a regular customer of Philips. However, I don't understand why it's not sold with a toothbrush head that must be replaced. I hope to get them all at once.
