USB connection a nuisance

This required a USB block to connect to the wall, 8 times the plug size, which can interfere with a nightlight being connected to the same outlet, adds extra material to landfills. Sonicare saved money but l would choose something else next time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not crazy about this toothbrush. This is around my 6th Sonicare. But its the first one I've had to keep the manual around in order to use it. I still can't get it to full strength brushing without having to press the power button twice. Not sure if Sonicare makes a simple one these days, but if so I recommend that one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phillips get a code for the free refill on 1st purchase, but not working
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my Sonic toothbrush that I had for a year. Then I was having problems with it, and called the Warranty department and was sent a new one. I've had my replacement for a couple of months, but now sometimes it doesn't turn on, when I go to use it, when pushing the on button and sometimes, when brushing my teeth, if I push pressure on my teeth with the brush, the motor stops, then turns back on. Don't know if I was sent a refurbished one, but now I'm having issues again. Love this toothbrush when it works.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate the toothbrush. It is hard on the gums, and when you try to change the speed, it does whatever it wants. I do not recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the pressure sensing feature and quadrant timer aspect of this toothbrush. It seems durable and my teeth feel cleaner as a result.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used electric toothbrushes so long, I don’t really remember how to brush with the old standard toothbrushes. This Sonic model seems more powerful than others, and I really feel it is doing a superior job of cleaning my teeth.
