[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes my toothbrush won’t spin when I turn it on. If it worked all the time I would give a five star because I like it when it works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush doesn't vibrate sometimes. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have with our product. Please note that if your toothbrush is not vibrating, we would recommend cleaning the power button and the surrounding area with a damp cloth, as toothpaste residue can build up around the power button, causing it to get stuck and not turn on. Also note that a not-fully-charged toothbrush battery might need more power to make the toothbrush vibrate. We recommend charging it for at least 24 hours. You can always leave your toothbrush on the charger to avoid this from happening again.
