[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked well when I first got it, but after only about a month, I can barely feel it. I am doing more brushing. I have made sure it is fully charged
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. This is not the experience we wish you to have. We advise charging your Philips Sonicare toothbrush overnight for at least 24 hours if it vibrates less strongly than usual. Please make sure you are charging your Sonicare toothbrush with the original charger, as all Sonicare toothbrush chargers are unique and incompatible with other Sonicare models. We recommend charging the toothbrush by using the original charger that came with your toothbrush. Additionally, take a look at the mode you've chosen because it may affect the toothbrush's vibration level. TongueCare and Sensitive are two brushing modes that lack some force. Change the brushing mode to increase vibration, as advised. By pressing the mode/intensity button while your toothbrush is off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 4100 product is very good. Its better than the Phillips electronic toothbrush I had for the past 14years. I really liked the 30sec timer feature. Keep up the good engineering success.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way the toothbrush holds a charge and there are no batteries to change. Unfortunately, the head the toothbrush is shipped with I found very uncomfortable. I ordered a set of G3 Premium Gum Care heads and changed to one of them after one week. The shipped head was too narrow and hit constantly against my teeth. The G3 PGC ones are great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I would have done the leap to electric toothbrushes sooner. First of it is so much more fun to brush my teeth now and have noticed that I do not build plaque as I use with just regular toothbrushes. It just means that I am getting a much better clean with Philips Sonic toothbrush. Thank you for a great product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the stronger vibration setting out of 2. The brushing time is shorter than my old Phillips brush. Only problem I have is that my saliva runs down my cheek and on the brush so I have to be over the sink.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know what it is, but I just want to use my new Sonic brush all the time. Finally a healthy obsession. Lol
