[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unhappy with how the charging feature works. EasyStart "should be deactivated". For whatever reason, I had trouble making that happen. I also don't like the port plug. I prefer a regular in-wall plug like all the other Sonicare brushes I've had over the past 30 years. Yes, I'd recommend Sonicare.

I trust the “too much pressure” tone to keep from brushing too hard. It is also a sleek design that looks great in my bathroom. At first I saw the usb method of recharging to be a negative, but the charge holds for 2+ weeks so it’s no big deal.
