[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. My last toothbrush failed after about a year of usage. Then, the metal shaft cannot stay centered. So, I bought this toothbrush. I tried to use softer force when brushing with this toothbrush. So far, the toothbrush holds up. The metal shaft has a bit of deviation from the center. But, it is not that severe.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have returned this toothbrush. It was so sensitive to the pressure that it didn't run a lot of the time and I barely had it on my teeth. The timer wasn't long enough to get all my mouth done. This is my third Sonic are so it's not like I didn't know what to expect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello!
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Philips 4100 Series HX3681/23 Sonic Electric Toothbrush. We're sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations, especially given your familiarity with our Sonicare products. We strive to provide high-quality oral care solutions, and your feedback is valuable. Regarding the pressure sensitivity, our Sonicare toothbrushes are designed to optimize brushing by reducing pressure to protect your gums and teeth. As for the timer, our toothbrushes typically have a built-in timer set to the recommended brushing time for optimal oral health. Since this was your third Sonicare toothbrush and you’ve returned it, we want to ensure future products better meet your needs. If you need assistance with anything or choosing a model that suits your needs, feel free to get in touch with us.
We are available on social media, Facebook/Instagram (@Philips) or X (@PhilipsCare). If you don't use social media, you can also get in touch via our contact page ( https://www.usa.philips.com/c-w/support-home/support-contact-page ).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally replaced my old Sonic toothbrush. This new model is thinner and more powerful than my older model. I feel like my teeth are ultra clean after using it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the very best toothbrush I’ve ever had! I have been recommending this to my friends. My teeth have become so many shades brighter and my moth feels so clean! Sometimes I brush twice. I love this and will never go back to any other toothbrush.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought 2 minutes was a long time to brush teeth, but time flies by now! The soft bristles feel wonderful against mt gums.
This product is great for those who brush too hard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush does take some getting used to. I have always used an electric toothbrush but not the Sonic. It cleans good and I like the way it detects if you are brushing to hard.
