[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Toothbrush is cheaply made and barely stays on the charger because the peg is short and the hile is shallow. This is a come down from our old ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes some getting use to, especially if you've used other types of electric toothbrushes, but it leaves teeth feeling incredibly smooth and clean.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this toothbrush I have used electric toothbrushes for years and years and haven't found one that feels so clean when I'm done Until I got this toothbrush.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a five star rating when it comes to the overall end results. I love that there are two speed settings, and the pressure sensor. I've had this toothbrush for three months and I could feel the clean difference after the first brushing. My teeth, especially my back molars feel especially clean, all due to the small toothbrush head. I can reach all angles of my teeth with minimal effort. Additionally, a full charge lasts about a week so I don't have to keep it on the charger, not does my charger take up 'sink counter space. Based on my experience, the price, and the results, I would highly recommendations toothbrush.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Device recharges quickly, is light to hold while brushing my teeth, easy to clean, and looks nice and sleek.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite charging the toothbrush properly, it stopped working after a few weeks. It would randomly turn on in the middle of the night and then the button completely stopped working even after 24 hours of charging. Had to return it.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your Philips Sonicare 4100 Series. We are sorry to hear of the issue, what a shame you had to return the toothbrush. There could of been toothpaste residue causing the power button to not function correctly. We recommend cleaning the power button and surrounding area with a damp, soft cloth after each brushing session.
