[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t like this model at all. I’ve been using Sonicare for over 20 years. I tried an Oral B just to change things up. I wasn’t a fan of the spinning brushes. So I went back to Sonicare with this model. Has no features and leaves me feeling like I need to brush afterward.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BUT the little "ding" and flash routine is ridiculous. convinced that the programmers all are toothless and don't use the product!
Hard to hear and flash is so fast I have no idea what just happened!
When I am brushing and the touch seems too light I have no idea and no way of quietly determining if the settings have changed. Hard to mess with dings and flashing lights with toothpaste running down your chin.
Surely a light system that is on all the time would not spoil the sleek look and feel of the item

Plus, the charger sticks out from the outlet so it takes up space above the counter. I wish they had kept the charging unit integrated in the base.
