[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Sonicare electric toothbrushes since they first came out in the early 1990's. I've LOVED them, and used nothing else, for almost 30 years. But after recently buying two new models, and intensely disliking both, Sonicare is about to lose this customer to Oral B. My most recent purchase makes a high-pitched screeching sound most of the time (similar to tinnitus), which is utterly annoying. It's "smaller" than earlier models (not an attribute, in my opinion; I like a firm grasp on my toothbrush); and I'm not a fan of the new USB ports instead of a regular electrical plug. Bye, Sonicare.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your Sonicare 4100 Series toothbrushes! Wow, thanks for using our Sonicare toothbrushes for the last 30 years, we are happy to hear that they have played a big part in your oral hygiene routine since the early 90's. What a shame that the two recent models that you have used are not holding up, we hope we can help improve your current brushing experience. Firstly, fully charge your current Sonicare for 24 hours with no interruptions. Check that the charger is not placed on a metal surface or close to other chargers, as this can interfere with the charging process. One fully charged, replace the brush head with a new Philips brush head and try again. We hope this helps!
If the issue persists, please feel free to get in touch via social media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook and Twitter. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website www.philips.com/support. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is one of the least expensive Sonicare Tooth Brushes I have owned. I have been a customer and distributor in my Dental office for years. This Series does a very good job with less bells and whistles (which I didn't really use on the more expensive styles). I recommend this brush although it doesn't have the power of the larger Sonicare Tooth Brushes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old Sonicare more or less died, bought a newer version which I thought would be better, but am wrong. Doesn’t clean as well or remove plaque nearly as well. Disappointing

Hi,
thanks for reaching out to us regarding your new Sonicare 4100 Series toothbrush. We are really sorry to hear your old Sonicare toothbrush needed to be replaced, and that your new model is not providing you with the same brushing experience. We can understand that must be disappointing and hope we can help! Firstly, fully charge the handle for 24 hours with no interruptions and try again. Make sure the charger is not placed on a metal surface or close to other chargers, as this can interfere with the charging process. Your new toothbrush gives you the option to choose between low and high intensity, and when you use the toothbrush for the first time, the default setting is the low intensity. To change the intensity, simply follow this step: 1: Press the power button once to turn on the toothbrush. - Press a second time within 2 seconds to change the intensity. - Press a third time within 2 seconds to pause
We hope this helps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Sonicare for many years and find them efficient and reliable until they start wobbling, get loose and get real noisey.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can adjust the intensity of the brush head which is great. The faster setting is more than enough to clean any teeth. The brush head replacement tracking feature with brush sync is also a great feature
