[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an older 4100 series toothbrush and have not been impressed. I did read all about the different way that it cleans (not as strong of a feeling), however, I have not been impressed. will be buying the 6100 as soon as I can to replace. Also, did not like the fact that it did not come with an AC charger... who has a usb in their bathroom?

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that this Sonicare is not to your liking. We have not provided a charger because of sustainability reasons. At Philips, we are committed to sustainability and making our packaging from recycled and recyclable materials. We have removed the power adapter, which helps prevents the equivalent of over 19 million plastic bottles reaching landfills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had your products before, such as Diamond Clean. The 4100 does the job, without the additional speeds. So, I am used to your product, but find the higher setting on the 4100 is too strong.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many years of using a manual toothbrush, I would quickly brush my teeth and be on my way. With this Philips Sonicare that has a 2 minute timer, I first thought, 2 minutes of brushing? I’ve never done that before. But after using this toothbrush, the 2 minutes seems to fly by. My teeth feel so much cleaner now, and my dentist said my gums look healthier. I am 54 years old, and I have no idea why I waited so long to switch to electric. I highly recommend this toothbrush!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had 4 of these Sonicares over time. Each one has been a bit of a marvel- works well and lasts long. This one made jump to lithium from NiCad, and so is lighter, small, more plastic-y and less rubber-y. I admit I liked the heft and rubber end of the older models better. Also, at first disappointed- power seemed low in comparison to older ones. But I read instructions and was reminded that the power ramps up in the first 5 uses or so- to let your gums adjust. There is a way to defeat- read instructions. Also, press the button a second time to ramp up to higher power. So it's great, but I miss the manly heft of the older models! A minor point-
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The charge doesn’t last long enough. After charging for a full 12 hours it should last more than a couple of days.

Hi Laura,
Thank you for writing your review, your opinion is highly valued. We're sorry to hear that your toothbrush's battery is not lasting very long, we can imagine this must be quite inconvenient. We recommend charging your toothbrush for a full 24 hours, ensuring that the outlet being used is working. Additionally, please ensure that the charging occurs away from metal surfaces and other chargers, to avoid any interferences. Hope this helps!
