[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Sonic toothbrush. I keep one in our RV for travel and wanted to upgrade to a new model so I purchased this. Why in the world you provided ONLY a USB charger is beyond me.......is everyone in your R&D department a millennial? I immediately went to your website (as per your directions) to order a regular AC charger, and guess what? You're sold out or they're not currently available. I guess I'm not alone. At least you could offer either option to the buyer before the purchase. Shame on you, Philips! You should know better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your Philips Sonicare 4100 Series toothbrush! It's wonderful to hear that our toothbrushes are a part of your brushing routine at home and also when travelling in your RV. Sorry to hear that the USB charger is so disappointing, your feedback has been noted. By switching to USB charger in our Philips Sonicare 1000-4000 Series alone, we can use up to 189,210 kg less plastic every 4 years. Power adapters may seem small, but added together, their plastics make a huge impact on the environment.
If you have any further questions regarding the availability of a regular charger in your region, please feel free to get in touch via social media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook and Twitter. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website www.philips.com/support. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further. Hope to speak to you soon!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel the brush is satisfactory in performance and with the warranty, a good value for the price point. This is my second one as the first needed to be replaced. The metal shaft came loose and it would no longer function. I understand this was a common issue with this model. I've had the replacement for a couple of months and so far so good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well, good variety of heads available. Disappointing that there is no travel case or bag, also no stand for the heads if more than one person is using the handle. And they save more $ by not including any USB transformer block (like the one that comes with your iPhone). This charger uses USB.
Unless you have a USB charger in your bathroom (I don't), it is a rather useless product. No 120V charger provided. Manual refers to support, but I don't find a charger there either. It is not that you can use any USB charger, it needs to be a specific voltage. My phone charger is higher. Where do I get that? Also, can't use the old 120V charger from my old brush. Stupid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it took time to adjust to the new system I can feel the difference in how much cleaner my teeth are when I use it. Very pleased
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally upgraded to new toothbrushes after having our last Sonicare brushes for 10+ years. Love the slim style and new brush heads. We thought our teeth were clean before but now they’re even cleaner!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I told my hygienist I got a new toothbrush. She said within looking in my mouth for 10 seconds she could tell that I had. She said this made her job easy! My teeth looked very clean.
