The full toothbrush is tops. I would and have recommended it to my family and friends. It charges easily and holds a charge for weeks.

I combine my use of the 4100 with a waterpick flosser, flossing,, dentist-prscribed toothpaste, and listerene. The 4100 holds a charge for quite a long time-- 30 days! I got the pink color -- quite feminine.
