[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Philips sonic toothbrushes since they came out years ago. I've tried some knock-offs, but have come back to the basic sonic toothbrush. I don't really need all the bells & whistles. I have some older ones that still work but the rubber cover over the on-off button has failed after using for quite some time.
