[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband purchased this for me. At first I didn’t think it would be as powerful as it was but it turned out to be better than my last Phillips toothbrush. This model is sleek but powerful. It olds it charge for days, travel friendly. Would definitely recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my new 4100 toothbrush. My only complaint is that it doesn’t stay on long enough to do my whole mouth so I typically use two full cycles each time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been Phillips Sonicare products forever. Why did they change this? When I turn it on I expect it to run at full power immediately. NOT with this model. I have to push the button numerous times to get full power. I will NEVER buy another product from this manufacturer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Rest assured we’re here to help you. We suggest you try a few possible causes and solutions to see if you can fix the issue. Toothpaste residue can build up around the power button. The residue is causing the power button to get stuck and not turn on. We recommend cleaning the power button and the surrounding area with a damp cloth. A not fully-charged toothbrush battery might need more power to make the toothbrush vibrate. We recommend charging it for at least 24 hours. You can always leave your toothbrush on the charger to avoid this from happening again. A faulty power source connected to your charger may cause your toothbrush not to charge. In some countries, the power outlet in the bathroom has a safety feature that shuts off the power source. Make sure that your outlet has power before charging your toothbrush. Try using a different outlet to charge your toothbrush fully.
