[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is an issue with the switch. Sometimes you press it & the brush head doesn’t move, you press in another location and it will oscillate like it should.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not realize when I purchased this model that is was an older model. I went to look for replace brushes and had a hard time knowing which ones were compatible. It seems to queen fine although feels weak between the brush and the base that you hold on to. The brush doesn't feel like has secure contact with the base, as there is a little bit of a gap between them. I had higher hopes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a better quality Philips Sonic toothbrush with this one since the brush heads were compatible, but this one isn't quite as strong. My teeth still feel really clean after, and the charge actually lasts much longer than the previous toothbrush.
Love my new Philips brush . It's my first one but I adapted quick and now love it. So thorough and my teeth feel like dentist clean . The charge lasts 14-16 days with using it 2x a day . Highly recommend
