I have tried several time to claim a replacement head by clicking on a link in the Philips website with absolutely zero success. The website tells me everytime that Philips team has been alerted to the problem and the try again tomorrow, and again tomorrow, and again tomorrow, ad infinitum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had electric toothbrushes in the past and for some reason there was always something about them I didn't like. But I really like this super simple Sonicare 4100. My dentist recommended this one. It's so light in your hand. Nothing fancy just gets the job done! Holds a charge for a long time. Easy to understand and the timer keeps me honest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this purchase after my hygienist recommended due to my receding gum line. Great for my ‘over aggressive’ brushing habit in an attempt to brush more easily. Priced well at the local tarjay but wish I could find more deals on heads.
