[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holds a charge well. Easy to use. Haven't changed out the brush yet, so cannot comment on durability
This rating was chosen based on the performance of an earlier unit which I have had for a number of years. It now needs a minor repair but I cannot find a repair centre.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] basic key features such as timer notification to change brushing area, a sensor with notification if brushing too hard, charging indicator light, and light and manueverable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dentist recommended using an electric toothbrush since my manual brushing pattern was causing issues with my gums. I’ve been using my Philips toothbrush for a few months now twice a day and my gums are not receding as much! Thanks Philips!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size and shape of the brush head. Vibration took some getting use to but easy to get adjusted. Love that it holds a charge for a long time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product doesn’t hold a charge very long at all, my old one could go for over a month! Also the intensity is very low. Not impressed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
This is not the experience we wish you to have. We advise you to try a few troubleshooting measures to see if they work. All Sonicare toothbrushes have unique chargers that cannot be used with other Sonicare models. We suggest using the toothbrush's original charger to charge it. A different outlet might work better for charging it. Check to see whether your charging cord or adapter is broken. Stop using your adapter or cord right away if you see any damage. If you use a stand, pad, or glass for charging, make sure your toothbrush is positioned in the middle of the charger. Make sure the charger isn't near any other chargers or on a metal surface as this could interfere with the charging process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the toothbrush, but the toothbrush head has been hard on my gums. My gums don't feel strong. The head in my opinion should not stick up in back. You're review is annoying as well.
