[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the travel toothbrush because my home toothbrush works so well. However, I found that the travel toothbrush did not have enough power even when fully charged.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had a couple of months- but suddenly the vibration’s intensity disappears. It comes and goes now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had the competition electric toothbrush. Finally needed the replace. The vibration versus the rotation, vibration wins. Best feature, no liquid runs inside the brush head down on the handle. This alone makes it the winner!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A sonic care was recommended by my dentist and after reviewing the plethora of models available I went with the 4100. It was affordable, simple, yet very effective.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how lightweight the brush is and the good fit of the brush head. It does need frequent removal of the brush head to make sure the contact is clear, otherwise the vibration is lessened quite a bit.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't yet used this toothbrush because I do not have a plug in my bathroom that fits a USB. I haven't been able to find an adapter that will fit into my bathroom plug. Why don't you include the adapter with the product so we can use it after purchase?

Hello Dixie,
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We're sorry to hear that you are not happy about not receiving the adapter with your new Philips Sonicare 4100 Series Toothbrush.
At Philips, we are committed to reducing plastic waste. As part of our environmental efforts, some Philips products no longer come with a USB power adapter. While this may seem inconvenient, we assure you that it is because most consumers already own one or multiple USB wall adapters.
We will continue supplying USB charging cables with the product that can be used with a USB power adapter. However, if you do not have an adapter, you can get one for free from the following link: https://www.usa.philips.com/c-w/support-home/adapters.
If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us via social media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry if you don’t use social media; you can also contact us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact.
