I had no issues with this toothbrush for several months, I replace the head every 2-3 months. It got white crusty buildup from drips underneath the head attachment which didn't bother me, it's easy enough to wipe clean as needed. But the last time I went to replace the head there was black mold. I went to scrub it with bleach but come to find out the center part is squishy and porous so there's no saving it. Bummer since electric toothbrushes aren't cheap but more concerned about my health being at risk for possibly the last couple months...

Since buying this model, I am satisfied with the cleanliness of my teeth and tongue. I had a good dental checkup. My mid grade Phillips had worn out. I was unable to find its same replacement in stores and didn't want to buy online at that time. The brush head seems very small although it does get the job done. My dentist approved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an old clunky Sonicare toothbrush. The new one stays charger much much longer I don't need to keep the charging station on the counter. It is easier to handle and because the brush head is smaller it gets into tight places
