[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brush is to hard and it hurts my gum every time I brush my teeth. I quick using it. I wish they have a softer brush or bristle because using electric toothbrush it’s supposed to be better for your gum. I wish they could send me another one.

This Sonic toothbrush seems to hold a charge much longer, last longer on its charge and gives a good warning when it will need recharging. The brush overall is thinner and the brushing action seems to clean my teeth better. Overall very pleased with the purchase.

Feels like the brush needs charging, even when it's been recently charged. Makes me think i got a dud...is that possible?
