It does a fantastic job of thoroughly removing plaque in a timely fashion as well as getting to places that are difficult to get to. I also like that there is less toothpaste being used. We are supposed to use a pea size amount of toothpaste and this brush head encourages that. 3 of 4 of our household members use one and the 4th is about to!
