It's getting returned - stupid USB charging!

It needs a standard plug. Stupid decision to have USB charging, save me the sanctimony about saving the planet by going with a USB.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does take a bit of getting used to using the Philips toothbrush, but once you get the knack, you will never go back! It feels like a professional dentist cleaning every day!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this rating because I have been using this product for 3 years and it has worked well. My checkups at the dentist have improved, especially the tarter buildup.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first Philips toothbrush. I have had many over the years. I purchased this one as a backup/travel brush. It is a basic brush but has a sensor telling you when you brush to hard which I love. It is a affordable option that works well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dentist always tells me I have good dental home care. I've used Sonic toothbrushes for years and that is the reason for the good checkups. Nice small handle and easy to grip as well.
Had their Diamond toothbrush - failed. Bought this one - failed. Both lasted just a year to 15 months. I like their toothbrushes - but the quality is just so bad for the money we pay!
This one probably would have worked for much longer - if not the rubber on the on button would have dissolved and cause the on button to fail. How ridiculous! You guys saved maybe a penny on the rubber on an otherwise good toothbrush. I am really upset about such arrogance and saving for the sake of saving, not with the customer in mind. Well, forget it. We - the customers - do not count anyhow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was Leary at first, but the directions said it would take some getting used to and the speed of vibration is even set lower by the factory for a few brushes to help with getting used to. Now that I have gotten used to it, I really like it, my teeth definitely feel cleaner. When I travel, I don’t take it with me travel, and really miss it and am happy to return to using it when I get home. My dentist recommended it, and I have to say, as skeptical as I was, it was a great idea!
