[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had used a regular Phillips Sonicare for about 8 years prior to purchasing this one.
The 4000 series is good, performs like it should, charges fast, and holds the charge for about 2 weeks.
The only problem I've had with it, is that every time I charge the toothbrush it goes back into adaptive mode and then it does the whole 12 uses begore being regular again.
I will probably go back to a regular Sonicare and keep this one for travel.

My new Philips Sonicare 4100 replaced it, and it's a welcome change. It works great, feels good, is easy to use, and is not so loud.
