Great for younger kids

Upgraded classic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the same classic board game that every child remembers but upgraded to 3D game pieces and a card bag. I really enjoyed the card bag as it was easier for my toddler to pick from than a stack of cards. Cleanup is a lot easier too because all you have to do is toss the card in the bag and you’re good to go. We had lots of fun as this was her first board game and she understood the concept quickly. She enjoyed the candy themed swamp and castles.

Better than the original!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thoroughly enjoyed the original game, but it lacked certain features and was quite old. However, my son and I absolutely adore this version of the game. One of the things we love is the thicker cards that resemble candy, and the inclusion of a bag to store them in. It’s also great that you can draw cards from the bag without having to reuse the candy space pieces. I believe it was a fantastic idea to have two different ways to play, and we thoroughly enjoyed both. The characters are well-designed and sturdy. I appreciate that Hasbro retained the original story with some minor tweaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fun version of Candy Land! My kids are loving the size and detail of the avatars and it was a great durable game board. Candy Land is so common but this is definitely a version to add to any collection.

Sweet, fun and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy game for family fun night. The set up was minimal just had to punch out the candy tokens for the pouch of wonders. These tokens served as a way for you to move your pawn on the board. It was bright, colorful and friendly characters. The instructions included a fun story to read aloud about candy land adventure which adds to the whole aesthetic. My youngest is 10 and he enjoyed it and I enjoyed it because it was nostalgic for me. If you have littles I would recommend. One round can last maybe 5-10 minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't remember candy land being so durable. The people were just cardboard attached to plastic lol. Kids love this game and play it every chance they get. They don't even realize how much they are actually learning while playing.
