Didn't Last Too Long

This pan was a warranty replacement for my old Zwilling because the coating started to flake off after less than a year. I've had this model for about 1.5 years. It worked great at first, but now everything sticks. I had high hopes for the ceramic coating. Just don't expect it to last more than a year. I'm done with Zwilling non-stick pans.

The pan is exactly what I needed: non stick, non- toxic, lightweight, oven to stove, cool handle. Performs great with even sears.

I love these pans for everyday cooking. I have all three sizes 8, 10, and 12 inch but the 10 in gets the most use--and abuse. I have not treated it kindly over the years so I will be more careful with this new one. Low heat and no putting cold water in a hot pan. Even with the mistreatment, this pan lasted a long time!
