I love these pans for everyday cooking. I have all three sizes 8, 10, and 12 inch but the 10 in gets the most use--and abuse. I have not treated it kindly over the years so I will be more careful with this new one. Low heat and no putting cold water in a hot pan. Even with the mistreatment, this pan lasted a long time!
