It's hard to believe that a lightweight trimmer has so much power! It zips through the toughest grass and weeds without wearing you out. I'm not a tall person so the adjustable head makes it just right without bending over. I can use this with NO backache afterwards!
I would recommend this to a friend!

battery connection to tool failed

after using it occasionally for just one month, the battery no longer connects correctly to the tool and I have to use a clamp to make it work. Disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We apologize for your experience, Greenworks battery and charger carries a two (2) years warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Batteries must be charged in accordance with the operator’s manuals directions and regulations in order to be valid.
