2nd and 3rd Greenworks tools. Not disappointed. Have worked the string trimmer a lot. Battery Is now a spare for mower, blower, trimmer and pole saw.

Edge button sticks

Started on day 1 of using this and the edger button sticks down. The head will not lock into a usable position. Calling customer support to see if there is an easy way for me to fix this but I steadfastly believe that this should not have occurred on day 1.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this trimmer for 2 years. My only complaint is you cannot adjust the length so I cannot use it comfortably. I am short.

I bought my trimmer about 2 years ago. So far it's been very dependable and no trouble cranking a gas engine or dealing with a cord.
