[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to set up out of the box. Love the 1 lever height adjustment - Adjustable handlebars I’ve never had on any of the many lawnmowers I’ve owned. Will revisit review after I’ve used it since it is raining for the next few days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This will be the 4th season for this mower . It is used mostly on a slope , too steep for the rider . Has worked trouble free . Even through thick grass it handles it well . Batteries are still going strong . Need to clear exhaust chute in heavy cuts to keep from over taxing the battery , but is to be expected . Was unsure when purchased if this unit would be able to do the task . After using , I am quite pleased with its performance .

What a poor design ;-(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bagger is a clamshell design, opening at the bottom. This means, when opening, the bagger dumps the clippings on the ground wherever the mower is stopped. The user than has to shovel them into bags, on to his compost pile, or wherever they are to go. Most mowers blow the clippings into mesh bags hanging under the catcher for much more convenient disposal.
A second problem is the chute leading from the cutting deck to the catcher. Typically chutes are like pipes leading from the deck to the bagger. This chute has several side openings so most of the flow goes out the bottom rear of the mower with only a fraction of the clippings ending up in the bag.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After a little over a month of putting the Greenworks 80V MaximusZ zero-turn mower through its paces, I can confidently say this machine has completely exceeded my expectations. Stepping into the world of electric mowers, I was cautiously optimistic, but the MaximusZ has delivered on every front and then some.
First and foremost, the build quality is outstanding. This mower feels incredibly robust and well-engineered. From the sturdy frame to the heavy-duty cutting deck, every component exudes durability and gives me the confidence that this is a machine built to last.
The most crucial aspect of any mower, the cut quality, is simply excellent. My lawn has never looked better. The blades slice through grass cleanly and evenly, leaving behind a beautifully manicured finish. Even in thicker patches, the MaximusZ never bogs down, maintaining consistent blade speed and a flawless cut. This is a significant improvement over previous mowers I've owned, which would often struggle in denser areas.
One minor point I'd mention is the included battery kit. While the 4 Ah batteries provide ample runtime for my average-sized yard, I would have loved to see an option for an 8 Ah kit.
