Had it for a week and like the mower with the following exceptions:
1. The front tires are soft and leave rubber marks on my concrete driveway
2. The rear tires slip a lot on grass, etc. and if it is wet at all be careful. Not impressed with the tread
3. The wall charger for the mower does not shut off once the charging is completed for the mower batteries and you have to unplug the charger from the mower.

Not even two years out and one of the rear tabs breaks on the Mulch Plug on my 25" walk behind mower. This as a result of poor design. Purchased a new Mulch Plug and the same design flaw is present (too thin of a plastic section on the tab). Once the tab is broken it does not hold the part securely in-place allowing grass to fill the compartment created behind the mulch plug and consequently the grass ends up on the garage floor, especially when the unit is stored upright. Just hoping the rest of the mower is better designed. So it looks like there will be many mulch plugs to purchase if the mower holds up. Not a fan of this sort of thing.
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The replacement part was not the correct part. The website said that my model number was the correct model for the replacement part, but I was supposed to call in. They want to charge me for the return and they do not have the correct part. Very bad experience especially with how much I have invested in Greenworks Yard tools. Will have to move my yard tools to a different comapny since the parts and services are terrible

I bought this lawnmower a month ago to mow less than a half acre of grass. I am very disappointed in the battery life. It takes me three or more full battery charges to mow the lawn. While charging is fast, I would expect to be able to mow at least half of my yard on a single charge. I fail to understand why this lawnmower gets the high review ratings it does.
Pros: Environmentally Safe
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this lawnmower a couple years ago. Love it! I have 1/3 acre of lawn, and the mower and battery handles it just fine. The 4-in-1 functionality is real, and works quite well. I use the mower in the fall to mulch and pick up the leaves from our very large tree. This was one of the BIG reasons why I bought the mover in the first place! No gas, no oil, no smell. Also I store the mower on-end against the garage wall which is quite convenient. Try that with a gas mower.
