[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second green lawnmower. My other is about six years old, 18 inch walk behind. It has done a fantastic job so when I saw this one on sale, I had to get it. I look forward to using this for many years!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a Senior I was looking for an easy to use self propelled battery powered mower that I could control and not be pulled around, had a long lasting battery and was easy to store. This checked all of those boxes. Very impressive quiet mower.
I’ve never hated a purchase more. If you live where the dew stays on for awhile, or is a more wet, humid climate in general, do not purchase this. The mower cannot handle it. The wet grass gets gunked up and blade shuts off every few feet. And due to it constantly shutting off and needing to be restarted, the battery depletes extremely quickly. Should have returned it forever ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Chase206,
We acknowledge your disappointment with the mower's performance. We understand that it did not meet your expectations. As our lawn mowers are electric, it is advised to not use them in damp/wet locations or if it is raining. Wet grass is inherently more challenging for any mower due to its increased weight and resistance to cutting. Wet grass is heavier and more difficult to cut, which can cause the mower to struggle. Mowing wet grass can negatively impact the quality of the cut, potentially leading to unevenness and clumping of clippings. What to do instead. Wait for the grass to dry, if possible, wait until the dew or rain has passed and the grass is dry to the touch before mowing. Raise the cutting height, if you must mow wet grass, raise the mowers' cutting height to minimize the amount of grass being cut at once. Clean the mower thoroughly, after mowing wet grass, be sure to clean the mower deck and blades to prevent rust and corrosion. We hope you will find this information useful. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lawn mower a week ago and I'm in love with this mower on how it can easily cut my grass
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for the first time today. Mower cut well, batteries lasted for the duration of a large yard. Easy to learn operation of starting and mowing and adjusting walking speed. Tested turbo feaature even though not needed for my yard. It will be great for longer grass sections.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the owner of Law mowers, Stringer and Edgers and Blower and I am fully satisfied with the products. Its like Apple Ecosystem. You buy one product and get attracted to their other products and its so easy to sync with each other using their chargers and batteries.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased this mower.Used one time and loving it! Easy to put together. Only complaint is that the instruction manuals need to be printed larger. I had to have glasses and a magnifier to read them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished putting together our new lawn mower,,,double teamed with husband,, Directions are written very small...and pictures don't really show thwhole method...tricky, but we got it together. Standing it upright to get started was a new "method" for us...Husband is 86, and I"m 79...a challenge but we did it. Tomorrow is the true test of it.. Batteries charged in a timely manner..about 40 minutes for 4.0ah and 20+ minutes for 2.oah. Important to locate model and serial numbers on batteries and charger and mower...
