I was a two-stroke Lawn Boy die-hard user. Never considered a battery mower until recently. Since I had so much luck with my GreenWorks edger and trimmer and support, I finally decided to get the GreenWorks Pro 80V Cordless 21" Self-Propelled Lawn Mower w/ 5.0 Ah Battery (directly from the company, as it was priced better than the big "A"). It is a great mower, performs beautifully, and I am so pleased with my purchase. My yard is done in with NO need to recharge the battery, and best of all, gas, oil, air filters, tuning, carbs, plugs, smoke, etc. are gone forever!

My husband recently retired and decided he needed to do the yard work again. He had stopped because he had bad shoulders and could no longer pull the cord on the old lawn mower. He got his mower the other day and immediately started on the yard - he is happy and active again. Thank you

Holy Cow - actually changes the mowing experience. With the fresh blade, the mower feels like it's floating compared to having to push it thru the grass. Battery lasts alot longer, too.

Why would anyone ever buy a gas mower? I had electric (plug-in) greenworks mowers and they were great but I wanted to ditch the cord. I was shocked when I started using the new mower. The battery lasts a long time and charges quickly. It’s quite and oh yeah it does a great job mowing. I liked it so much I got a 80v leaf blower to match. I Highly recommend this mower!

Easiest mowing I've done

I've owned this for a year and a half now (2 summers). Because it's so light it's easier on my hills than the self propelled gas mower I had before! I've got too much yard to get the job done with one battery, but I waited until the 6ah battery became available. It's a fantastic buy, and I would absolutely buy again, but don't have proprietary blades and not keep them in stock!
