Liked this mower. Light, no fumes. Did a nice job cutting a large, hilly yard and did a comparable job to the old gas mower. After about 5 uses, when I went to start the mower, the back left wheel began to jam. After moving it around, was able to unjam it, but on subsequent attempts to begin mowing, the same thing happened and I could no longer move it around and get it to work. Working single mom taking care of house and lawn and I am not handy, but I really expect a product to work after the first few uses. Very disappointed because I was liking this mower.

Battery life-Does the job but you need two batteries*.

Enclosure/chassis- The enclosure of the battery is plastic. And easy to deal with. The only problem is that you have to stop in order to check the battery life. The Chassis is metal and the front bumper/decor is plastic. Mine came broken at the joint and with scuff marks.
Handle/components- the handle is easy to assemble like any other lawnmower. The wires are guided with plastic parts, one side of mine came broken* too. The way the metal wires get attached to the accelerator is bad.
Self-Propelled- I have a big yard so I don’t use it that much in order for me to conserve the battery life. It works even with drained battery.
Shipping and handling- The shipping was fast but the handling was horrible, the box was open and all the parts were scrambled inside. Some of the parts came broken. I tried to reach customer service but no one emailed me back. I don’t have opportunity to be on the phone waiting for an answer.

I have been skeptical of electric mowers since the 70's. Of course those were all ones with cords, but they never had enough power. This mower not only cuts the cord but has lots of torque and runs a long time.
My back yard had been neglected being mowed since it has lots of obstacles and the riding lawn mower is a pain to get in an out of the yard. I currently have some Greenworks 60v tools and love them so thought I'd take a shot at this lawn mower. I under estimated what I was getting! 1st the x-range batteries are super long lasting. I did my entire back yard... one hour of mowing and didn't get through half the batteries. Second I like how the mower automatically adjusts to the power needed. In deep grass you can hear the torque being added and the mower doesn't bog down. Third I really like the full options of mulching, side discharge or rear bagging. Basically this lawnmower adjusts easily to whatever you need. The lawnmower is powerful yet very quiet. I'm very pleased and happy I acquired this mower and think it will last for years to come.

Bought my model MO 80L00 a month ago, and have mowed the lawn 3 times now. Works great, perfect cut, very easy to use and maneuver around the yard. I used the grass catcher the last time, and it was easy to use, unload and reattach. Battery life is enough to finish my .20 acre, which is all I would want to to use a walking lawnmower for.
I definitely like that I don't have to worry about gas, oil or a sparkplug!
I do plan to look for other Greenworks products down the road!

Just Brilliant, battery lasts longer than expected and the cut is great.
Light enough to push without the power going to the wheels, easy to turn over to clean unlike a gas equivalent, buy one and you won’t be disappointed!
