Works great for the yard my size. I mowed 4 times this spring and used the bagger 2 times. And the power of one battery. Would recommend this to anyone who is interested in buying a battery mower. I was surprised that the mower deck is metal .Good job.
Just bought a house with a 10,000Sqf lot and this mower with the 4ah goes trough it with no problem nice even cut and was able to do the front and back yard with some juice left in the battery. The sensing feature when the grass is thicker wakes up the full power of the mower to get those areas done. Love it!
I’ve worked as a commercial landscaper in the past and at first was a little skeptical about purchasing an electric mower. I knew that I wanted something equivalent to the power of a gas-powered 5hp motor. After researching for an entire year straight I finally found the mower that was right for me. I’m absolutely in love with the Greenworks 80v pro 21” Self-propelled. It’s quiet, powerful, cuts like a dream and all without the smell of gas and yearly maintenance. It has 7 different height adjustments and is easy to fold up for storage or transportation. Most importantly it’s built extremely well and has strong plastic components. I got mine during the spring sale and couldn’t be happier. What more can you want from a lawn mower?
The self-propelled feature works great. I was able to get about an hour and 20 minutes on a full charge of both batteries; the recharge took about 45 minutes. It leaves less of a mess than my gas powered mower did when mulching.
I purposely bought the push mower instead of self propelled, it’s heavier than I expected so can be a little difficult to push but I still think it’s a great mower!
Quiet mower, good cuttings pickup, reasonable battery life. I Use mower to do fence line and areas where I can't use riding mower. It does a much better job than my gas mower. My yard has protruding rock and tree roots, the height adjustment makes it easy to adapt to terrain. 2 each 4 Amp hour batteries allow continuous operation.
