[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grass clippings can leak out of the lid. Sometimes clippings clog up in the tube from the mower to the bag. You'll need to switch the bags as only one fills up at a time.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Quiet

Hello cummins67.
Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate hearing from consumers like you and will take your comments into consideration as we work to improve our products. We would like to offer some suggestions to improve your user experience with the 42" bagging kit. 1.Try raising the cutting height and reduce walking speed to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months. 2.Mow when the grass is dry. We know sometimes there is morning dew, just ensure you cut when grass is not too wet. Wet conditions also cause the grass to be much heavier and causes the grass to clump. 3.Ensure you clean the tube after each use and empty the bag before you exceed the bagger capacity. Collection bags have a six (6) bushel capacity. Each time you mow making sure slots are cleared and clean prior to use to allow the flow of clippings. We hope with these tips they will assist in a more enjoyable user experience. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as expected. It would be helpful to provide a little incentive to buy two at a time for mowers with two blades… BOGO half off. I noticed an improvement in battery life after changing the dull and banged up blade on my mower.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mower came with 2 batteries at 4ah. The battery life provided ample time to mow the entire yard in self-propel mode. The blade speed was high enough so that it would not leave stringers sticking up in my Bermuda grass like lower powered units do. The mulching feature works very well given the fan and the fast-cutting speed. The green is cut fine enough that I no linger bag the grass and it does not clump like the conventional mower does. Regular mowing is still required to keep the grass form getting too tall. When cutting taller grass, the mower automatically adds power, and I have not had to push the turbo button yet. Of course, the cut time is reduced when cutting taller grass that us over 4” to 5”. The mover is heavy, however the self-propel mode work very well and does not bog down on the slopping part of my lawn. I only went with the 80v system to handle the sloping lawn in self-propel mode and the times when I extra power to cut taller grass. The two 4ah batteries were chosen to allow enough time for my larger urban lawn. The 21” is plenty wide. When I do use the grass catcher, the mower does a nice job of filling the catcher from the back corner toward the grass chute. The mower does a very nice job of filling the gras catcher. The grass catcher size is on the larger size for a non-commercial mower. The mower is well built, with a metal deck.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a second blade from the company so I could have a backup if needed when having the blade sharpened, and rotating blades if needed. It has worked as I planned!
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Durable, Effective, Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very messy to transfer the clippings from the bagger to the trashcan for collection. You must first dump the clippings and the transfer them to your trashcan by hand, a very messy process.

Hello Michael, Fern Park, FL.
Thank you for reviewing the 30" bagger kit. Yes, you will have to transfer the clipping into a compost paper bag. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got it mowed 29x100 part of my yard real quick and battery is still full charge.Mows nice and clean very happy so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mower because I have a couple of customers who have really steep hills in their yards and I can not use a gas powered mower on them so I have been weedeating these hills for the last few years and I was finally tired of it. I figured a battery powered mower would not lock up because it was being starved for oil and it would make mowing these hills a lot quicker and easier.
I accidentally ordered the non-self propelled model and thought I was going to regret it, but I don't. It is extremely easy to push and does not feel like you're pushing a 75 pound mower up and down a hill. It stays pretty straight on the hills and does a decent cut job.
My only issue is the blade. The blade will not throw the clippings out the side. It lays them out the side in nice little rows like a sickel bar mower does to a hay field. If Greenworks would give us some medium lift blade choices, I bet this review would be 5 stars.
The mower has been great and serves its purpose well. It even has me considering getting the 30 inch commercial mower.
