[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time purchasing a Greenworks product. Easy assembly. Some great features. Happy with purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was only putting on the handles. Batteries hold enough charge to mow my yard twice. I'm pleased with the performance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two weeks ago and really love it. Nice and quiet. Love it that you don't have to worry about gas.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I took it into high grass on the highest blade setting and did not bog down. After 15 minutes of cutting, one battery was down to 50% or below. However, I was asking a lot of the machine, so not surprised.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this once, and not an expert, but I noticed it shuts off everytime the ground is uneven. I tried to mow on a higher level (the highest was #7 = 7" ?), it helped with the decreasing the shutting off phenomena, however, still had a lot of flaws. cuts perfect though, and I like the feature where you can propell the cut grass to the sides for natural fertilizing
While having the power, the "engineering team" has NO concept of a true "high lift" blade. Thusly making the machine a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Disenchanted. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. Stock mower blades perform well on dry, shorter grasses, and are optimized for efficiency, while high lift blades work better in extreme conditions but have a small effect on the runtime. The high-lift blade has deeper curves on the ends, which increase suction to circulate and expel the clippings. The higher airflow also helps prevent clogging. When to use high lift lawn mower blades: • When you are cutting tall grass (Grass over 3" tall) • When you are cutting flimsy grass such as turf-type tall fescue When not to use high lift lawn mower blades: • In sandy soil conditions It sounds like you will need to contact us directly some further information would be required to be better assist. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it twice now, but it has been everything and more. Setup was quick and easy out of the box. I've been dealing with a problematic gas mower for years and this unit powers up and cuts efficiently and quietly. The self-propelled can be very fast, if you're looking for speed! I love the mower overall, so far. Now, I just hope it holds up for years to come.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
