Great mower, always starts, quiet, and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the greenhouse combo mower, weed eater, ans blower. I haven't had any problems so I just ordered a pole saw and hedges. Universal battery for all products is great and can knock out my residential yard on one battery with the mower.

Great Mower, Terrible Registration Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Greenworks PRO 80V Cordless Lawn Mower has been fantastic so far. Plenty of power, cuts clean and even, and the battery life is solid for a cordless unit. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and surprisingly quiet. For actual mowing performance, it’s easily one of the best electric mowers I’ve used.
That said, product registration was a complete disaster. The website kept timing out, and you’re forced to register each product separately. I had to redo the process multiple times because the registration site simply doesn’t work well. The mower is excellent, but Greenworks really needs to fix their registration system.
Overall, the mower itself is a winner — just be prepared for a frustrating registration process.

Self-Propelled Drive Motor Issues

I bought this mower about two years ago. Since then, the power module and main motor have been replaced (outside of the warranty - it simply became too difficult and time consuming to process the claim). Today, the self-propelled drive motor failed leaving me to push the mower now. Greenworks does not provide a comprehensive parts diagram and list for this mower so you have to call the call center for more information. Replacement parts are limited or unavailable for this mower.
