The demeyere 5 Essential line is a superior, innovative clad design with stainless steel and a thick aluminum core.
This will result in exceptional even heating and heat distribution.
This 8" pan is perfect size for breakfast eggs, omelettes and hash browns. I also like to use this pan for grilled cheese and panninis.
Best way to heat this pan is to let it heat up first, then add your fat and product. This will result in an easier release and cleaning.
I use this pan on a regular basis and continue to be impressed by the performance.
Demeyere pans are induction cook top compatible which is perfect for me since I use a counter top induction unit to save on utlities.
This is a versitale pan that will heat evenly and quickly and remain at a constant temperature throughout the cooking time.
Super comfortable V shaped and wide handles will stay cool and are easy to grab.
