Nice set, but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife set is really nice. It is bulkier than expected. The only problem I have with the set so far is the santoku knife slot. You have to place the knife in a certain way or the knife will get stuck in the slot. Not sure if my slot is defective or if it was meant to be this way. No issues with all other slots. I also find it very helpful that each slot has an image of the corresponding knife.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful set. Missing an essential knife that can be purchase separate. I was not aware it had a slot for the Slim Hollow edge santoku knife, and I am so glad it does because it’s my favorite. Wish I knew before hand, so I could have order it together. Other then that, it is a great buy. I also wished the block came in a variety of colors, a neutral wood or black block because it would have looked amazing with the white knives.

Beautiful and sophisticated knife set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Zwilling Pro le Blanc self-sharpening knife set after extensive research, and I am so happy with my choice! The knife set is beautiful, and I specifically wanted vertically oriented knife slots.
One of the features I wanted in the knife set was for it to have capabilities that I could grow into using. I am in my early thirties, and I want to tackle a lifetime of new recipes, cuisines, and preparation techniques. With the Pro le Blanc advertised as suitable for both Eastern and Western handling techniques, I feel confident that this set will support me in my explorations.
I also appreciate that the knife block sharpens the knives—each time I return a knife to the block, I hear a clear “shing” as the blade is sharpened. Since I bought this set with longevity in mind, I am glad that it has this built in feature.
Further supporting enduring usability are the ergonomic features that are advertised. As a chiropractor, I know how important ergonomic design is for avoiding repetitive micro-trauma, and my hands are extremely important to me to protect.
I look forward to enjoying this knife block for years to come!

Amazing knives

I had a previous set so I knew these knives were second to none. Using a brand new set made me realize I need to take my old set to sharpen (which I did today) and also just how amazingly sharp these knives are when properly sharpnenned. Wow they make cooking 10 times easier and much faster to boot. The white handles are the finshing touch. I just HAD to have them. Wish they made a larger compete set in white but the block does include space for steal knives amd another large knife. The 30% off for presidents day made it a no brainer

Easiest Cutting Ever
