Found your first sells lady to be clueless about my needs, Had to return the laptop she sold me. Have not found anyone to help get the laptop I need.

Right balance between portable and performance

This model is between a p16s and p16 and was pleasantly surprised by its thin/light form factor. The screen is also much better than a similarly priced Dell precision with high resolution and low blue light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are driver issues in this laptop. I have had this for less than a month and it has had more problems than my Lenovo Legion that I had for more than a couple of years. The sound output gets changed to my monitor which does not even have speakers, whenever I connect it to HDMI port. Also, the inbuilt speaker does not even show up in the list of sound output devices. Second problem is the camera. I have had multiple instances where I used the camera for one google meet meeting, and as I join another, the camera shows error, and I can't use it.
I have been using Lenovos for my work and personal use for over 6 years now. This is the only model I have seen problems with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
