I was a serious coffee drinker for 50+ years, according to my cardiologist, 18 cups/day when you consider the coffee and diet coke. One day that all stopped. A Fib. Caffeine drove my heart up to 150-200BBM! Immediate switch to decaf. It took me a year to find this blend. I tried all the other "dark roast decaf", dishwater. This one fits the bill, it actually tastes like coffee!

This is absolutely the best bold decaf coffee available to the average consumer. It's so hard to find a good bold decaf. All the others (Tully's runs a good second) taste like pencil shavings bleh. I used to drink Starbucks, but they stopped making the bold flavors in Decaf, so this is now my favorite. Who needs Starbucks anyway.

Many people who, like me, have a Dr.'s order to avoid caffeine, think that decaf is inferior to "regular coffee." Barista Prima Decaf Italian Roast Coffee is really good coffee, comparable to "regular coffee." I enjoy it and don't think I'm missing a thing.
