Ok travel mouse, poor connection to receiver wish it was blutooth

Mouse is fine for a small travel mouse, however the usb connector has poor signal even at 1 or two feet away. It's even worse if you have it connected via a hub (which you have to if you only have usbc ports on your computer like most computers now....) so maybe not the best option if you can't plug it in directly to your computer or have to be further than right next to the receiver.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
