I honestly expected more from this straightener. I’m not completely satisfied with it, and in my opinion, the overall quality doesn’t compare to the BaByliss straighteners I’ve had in the past. I previously owned the BaByliss Fast & Furious, and it was by far the best one I’ve ever used. It straightened my hair beautifully, was more effective, and felt much higher quality.
Unfortunately, this one doesn’t give me the same results, and I don’t feel that it’s worth the price. I really wanted to love it, but based on my experience, I would choose the BaByliss Fast & Furious over this one without hesitation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my first one in 2011. I just bought my third one today. Best straighter ever, it last forever and it doesn’t chop the hair or get hair stuck in the edges like others (thats the reason I bought my first one)

I reallllllly wanted to love this given Babyliss is my go to straightener brand. After my last one died on me, I thought this would be the best option since I liked the color wave and even got the barrel curler to match! Not sure what’s going on with this specific model bc I’ve had to use warranty on it TWICE because both have died on me within 5 months of light use (2x/week)! I also don’t see that it straightens all that great as I have to do about 3 passes to get the full affect. Really sad both times the straightener just completely dies and won’t power on/heat anymore. I asked warranty to swap me out for a different model bc I don’t want this to randomly stop working on me for a 3rd time in a row.
