Pretty good, some issues unresolved

I love my quest to be honest, but I’ve really struggled with some annoying issues (like the mobile phone notification stings in the app that still don’t load) that Meta can’t seem to fix or even acknowledge the issue is affecting every user.

This is just awesome, I love how it can scan your surrounding and setup your safe zone all within the headset, the pass through is not in HD but it is very well made. My only complain would be the battery duration, but then again one can only fit so much stuff on the already small headset.

Upgraded from the original quest to the quest 3. The color passthrough and lens are a game changer for me. Also, the mixed reality features were a nice surprise and I can’t see myself going backwards. Looking forward to new experiences with mixed reality. The strap provided is still uncomfortable after 30min. Overall very happy with my purchase.

A major improvement

While the face cover could be a bit more comfortable, this headset is a definite improvement from the Quest 2. The clear pancake lenses and color pass through are absolute highlights. Just make sure you're in a well lit environment for best pass through results.

Nothing works

I bought this for my son and it will not download no matter what you do. The extra battery pack we bought will not charge the vr. There is no phone number to call to get help or get replaced. Help !!!!!

Excellent first VR experience

The Quest 3 is my first VR headset and I must say it blew me away. The Mixed Reality and passthrough is so much fun. The games are pretty fun as well though I don't have many yet.
The stock headset is okay for comfort but an aftermarket strap and likely a face plate will be needed. Especially for playing fitness games i find the foam for the face plate gets...moist.

Love Quest 3 - Is it worth it if you already own?

The Quest 3 is the "brand new Sportscar feel" to the aging "Quest2's old sedan feel". Smaller, sleeker, and amazing passthru capabilies! I have my Q2 at home and Q3 at work and so don't have to haul from one to the other. So for me buying another Quest works. If you are on a limited budget and don't have another location... don't buy. If that's not a concern, it's worth the upgrade. Q3 Resolution increase is marginal, but size and sleekness and especially color passthru are worth the price.
