One step closer to VR/XR future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love the new quest3. It’s strength far out pace any weakness. Kids have incredibly deep, social experiences while gaming that is on possible through VR. You have to manage those experiences the same way you would manage them playing in the park, and it isn’t a replacement for outdoor activities and sports/clubs. But, if positioned as an augment they can “play” with kids all over the world and learn more through comparison what is their best way to operate. We also were able to get excited about the structure of games and started building our own with unreal/unity and their ability to understand structure and playability is always built with the quest3 in mind.

Wonderful Product

Had to purchase a Quest 3 Comfort Strap with Battery Pack because I wear glasses and the one it came with kept sliding down. With the comfort strap it is AMAZING. We live in a different state than some of our grown kids but with this we can all play miniature golf together, while catching up. Highly recommend it.

Immersive Fun with Caveats: My Meta Quest 3 Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been having a blast exploring the world of VR with my Meta Quest 3! The gameplay in Beat Saber is incredibly engaging, and stepping onto a virtual golf course feels truly immersive. Watching movies on a large virtual screen is another fantastic experience.
However, there are a few areas where the Quest 3 could improve. The battery life could be longer, as frequent charging breaks can disrupt the flow of VR sessions. The standard strap also wasn't very comfortable for me, so I recommend investing in an upgrade for longer playtimes. Lastly, the lenses fogged up occasionally, which can be frustrating. While some solutions exist, it would be great if Meta addressed this issue directly.
Overall:
Despite these drawbacks, the Meta Quest 3 offers a lot of fun and immersion. If you prioritize fun and are willing to deal with some inconveniences, it's a great choice. However, if battery life and comfort are crucial, you might want to consider alternatives.
