The product is great but getting in touch with meta support is a pain staking process. They don’t respond till after hours because the support team is overseas.

Fun but limited

I got this for my wife and I. While we really enjoy the games it bothers me that they make it so difficult for each of us to use our own profile. I bought beat saber and downloaded it. My wife using the same headset had to download it to her profile. That's double the space for 1 game. Then I bought the queen music pack. My wife would have to purchase it a second time for her profile in the headset. This is completely asinine and makes me consider returning it. I get you don't want pirating but on a single system I should be able to share with anyone who is logged in on my device.

Simply Amazing

I'd always thought that VR was a gimmicky product for a niche market, but this MQ3 has changed my mind. Within minutes of using it you're totally immersed in the world of whatever your playing. The sound is great, the graphics and visuals are great for a standalone system. The controls are accurate and intuitive. Comfortable without being overly heavy. Easily 10 out of 10.

These are the best. My kids live them and plays on them every time they get a chance. The set up was great and easy. We also love the security meta have set up for kid friendly usage. We have to get a extended battery pack to play longer is the only downside but hey 2 to 3 hours is enough for the kids at the moment.
