The meta quest has a wide variety of games and things to do. It is a very fun thing to use and play around with
I’ll admit that I was a little skeptical when I finally made the decision to order this for our family. I am SO glad I did! Each of us has been able to find games that are fun and entertaining. The graphics will blow your mind! I’ve been using a fitness app that’s incredible, the kids are playing puzzles some days and jumping around others. My husband can go fishing in Alaska, or golfing in New Zealand! This is so much better that sitting around staying at the tv like traditional video games!
"Immersive experience, stunning visuals, and seamless controls make meta quest 3 a game-changer. The level of detail and realism exceeded my expectations, providing a truly captivating and enjoyable virtual reality experience. Comfortable design and user-friendly interface enhance overall satisfaction. A must-have for anyone looking to dive into the world of VR." The only drawback I see is the batter life and memory of 128 gb, they should have given 256 as base memory for the price.
First of all let me say that I'm pleased with the product. But here are a few things I feel could make it even better.
1. Floating Menu: Several times when I put on my headset I couldn't find the menu. It was either hidden in the floor or behind me some where. I needed to go move around my environment to find a white outline (the back of the menu) so that I could grab it then place it in my field of view. Feedback: The menu should always be in front of you when you put the headset on.
2. Volume overlay: While watching VR movies I may adjust the volume of the headset which places a volume bar directly in my field of view. This causes me to refocus my eyes, completely interrupting my movie experience. I would suggest placing it closer to the edge of my field of view. Maybe at the top right corner of at the bottom like the notification.
3. Hand tracking: I love hand tracking, you did a great job. But there is one issue with it that keeps me from using it more. When watching VR movies, if my hands are moving in front of me while on my lap it tends display my hands as if I wanted to bring up the current apps menu system. I would suggest training the hand tracking so that certain hand movements on or around my lap do not trigger a UI action.
Thank you, let me know if you have further questions.
I've had zero issues with the Quest 3 so far, I say that, because you never know what kind of buggy updates might drop in the future, but for right now, it deserves a 5 star rating for how Awesome it performs.
So this will be the 4th VR headset I've owned and it's by far the best. While the color pass-through still isn't the greatest resolution wise it's still good enough and is a huge leap forward. I use it for sim games running on my PC with the steam link app and it's flawless. I'm also blown away how well it works as a stand alone headset.
