My Son was so excited when he got his Meta3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is a total video gamer and has had the Oculus2 is now meta for years and it was a surprise for Christmas . I got him everything else that he asked for it but he did not ask for the Meta3 cuz he thought that it was too expensive and he already had a VR so he didn't even ask! so he was so excited when he got this that he cried a little and he's a teenage boy so he does not cry very often. It is amazing graphics and color and it does not disappoint at all so much better model upgrade we are very pleased with our purchase and he is able to use the old oculus/ meta for his friends when they come stay over

Awesome VR!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a VR headset in about 3 years, until I bought the Meta Quest 3. It is awesome! I couldn't believe how realistic it felt. The original strap was hurting my head, so I bought an aftermarket strap set and I love everything about it!

As good as it get's for stand alone VR

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Quest 3 is absolutely worth getting, just for the passthrough clarity alone. The AR experiences are amazing. And, if you wear glasses you can now buy official lens adapters that snap securely right onto to the existing lenses, but can easily be removed if you share your headset.
The controllers are more compact and comfortable to hold, no more bulky tracking ring to worry about smashing while thrashing your arms around.
There are also some adjustments you can make to get the view just right for your eyes, but both are very clumsy to adjust. I found the depth adjustment for the mask interface extremely annoying. There is a small tab on each side of the interface that you can press to change the distance of the lenses from your face, but this is easier said than done. It just feels flimsy and cheap to have to do it this way, the same with the cheap IPD adjustment wheel. You would expect more precision from a headset in this price range.
Oh, and there is no light-blocker for the nose area.
Aside from the small annoyances I mentioned, the Quest 3 is still as good as it gets for stand alone VR.

Outstanding design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] MQ3 is great. The only gripe I have is multiple accounts. It's difficult to setup bc you have to do it outside the device and switching accounts is not easy so we deleted them.
