I’ll say that this is honestly some great technology. Specifically the ability to make a 3D mesh of your room, and objects can hide behind furniture. Between the color pass through, and how well the hand tracking works, it makes me wish I had more free time. Much better than my quest 2, which did still serve me well. Please, though, make it to where when I delete an app it’s no longer in my library. And please don’t start stooping low like a lot of other companies and start putting ads or bloatware or something. The day that happens would be the day I’ll stop using them.

Overall it’s a great device. I like the color out-facing cameras. The head strap that comes with it is terrible and very uncomfortable. I purchased a separate head strap with a dial on the back for adjusting and it is 100% more comfortable. The graphics and pixels are better in every app I’ve tried. Demeo looks amazing! I miss the halos on the controllers from the quest 2 though. I didn’t realize how often I used them not only to deter the controllers from colliding but also to hold the controllers when in a seated app like Big Screen or Vegas Infinite. The battery life is decent but I regret not purchasing the head strap with battery pack. I find that I have to stay plugged in when watching a movie or playing games that take an hour or more. Compared to the Quest 2, the Quest 3 is better. I hope to see some cool software updates in the future!

I love everything about but I am having a problem with my pro controllers connecting to the head set. Also it will not automatically connect to my meta app, I have to go in and act like I’m going to cast for it to connect. But I’m sure there will be a fix to both issues down the road. Once again, love the headset’s comfort, graphics and sound!

The headset itself comes in the smallest box. setup was easy and straight forward. the headset is slightly heavier but feels better on my Head.

Battery Life is Pathetic

The battery life is absolutely terrible. It performs as the same level as my Quest 2 after 3 years, which means it doesn't even last an hour on most games. My friends in my gaming community have also had this same experience.
